At Hazel Tales & Brew, every product is crafted with intention—from the moment you click “order” to the day your package arrives. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your coffee, wellness goods, and personalized merch.
Processing Time
Coffee & Wellness Orders:

Freshly roasted to order in 1–3 business days

We never pre-roast or pre-pack, so your coffee arrives as fresh as your vibe
Customized Merchandise (Mugs, Shirts, Blankets, etc.):

Made-to-order with production time of 2–7 business days

Each item is custom printed or embroidered just for you
Estimated Shipping Time

USA Orders: 7–10 business days after processing
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled and shipped. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the United States. If you don’t see your region listed during checkout, email us at support@hazeltaleandbrew.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for:

Reshipping fees on returned packages due to address errors
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in separate packages if you order both coffee and custom merch. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each shipment as applicable.
