Welcome to Hazel Tales & Brew! By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Our Story-Driven Services

Hazel Tales & Brew offers freshly roasted coffee, sensory wellness products, and custom merchandise—each made to order and crafted with intention. By using our site, you agree not to misuse the services or violate any laws while interacting with our content or purchasing our goods.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All coffee is roasted only after your order is placed—no stale beans here.

  • Custom merchandise (mugs, apparel, etc.) is produced on-demand based on your selections.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal).

  • Prices are listed in USD and may be changed at any time without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Coffee and wellness orders are typically roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom merch has a production lead time of 2–7 business days before shipping.

  • Most packages arrive within 7 - 10 business days, depending on location and carrier.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our full Refund Policy for detailed terms.

  • Perishable Items (Coffee, Wellness): All sales are final. No returns accepted.

  • Customized Products: Final sale unless damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • Wrong or Damaged Orders: Notify us at support@hazeltaleandbrew.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and details for resolution.

  • Refunds (if approved): Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Subscription Plans

We offer subscription options for your favorite brews.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the frequency you select.

  • You may pause, modify, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing us.

  • Changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site or services for illegal purposes.

  • Upload harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the site or its services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, photos, product designs, packaging, brand stories, and the Hazel Tales & Brew logo—is the intellectual property of Hazel Tales & Brew. Reproducing, redistributing, or rebranding our material without permission is prohibited.

8. Customization & Accuracy

You are responsible for double-checking spelling, sizing, and personalization on all custom orders before checkout. We do not issue refunds for customer-submitted errors once production begins.

9. Newsletter & Marketing Communications

By subscribing to the Hazel Tale & Brew newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us containing news, product updates, exclusive offers, and other marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us at support@hazeltaleandbrew.com.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Gifted Grounds, Brewnamic & Affiliate Logo Use & Product Design Agreement

By providing your logo to Hazel Tale & Brew (“HTB”) for participation in the Gifted Grounds program, you (“Participant”) grant HTB a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your logo solely for the purpose of designing, producing, marketing, and selling custom products as part of your Gifted Grounds fundraiser.

All product designs created under the Gifted Grounds program—including any adaptations, layouts, packaging, and related creative elements—are the exclusive property of Hazel Tale & Brew and are reserved for use only within the Gifted Grounds program. Such designs may not be reproduced, modified, or used outside of the program without HTB’s prior written consent.

This license does not transfer ownership of your logo, and all rights, title, and interest in your logo remain with you. HTB agrees to use your logo in a professional manner and in accordance with reasonable brand guidelines you provide.

By submitting your logo, you confirm that you have the authority to grant this license and that the logo does not infringe on any third-party rights.
